If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will issue a refund. Before sending your return, please carefully read our returns policy to ensure your order is eligible for a refund. Please provide us with feedback on your return so we can improve your shopping experience for next time.

We will send a pre-paid returns label with your order. If you misplace your returns label and require a new one, please contact a member of our team at and we will email you a new label within 24-hours.

Any item(s) being returned needs to arrive back within 14 days of the delivery date. It is your responsibility to send the item(s) back to Cerci Equestrian if you require a refund.

 Please allow 7 business days  to process your return once it has been received by us. All Cerci Equestrian item(s) must be returned by mail.

Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged; with all the original tags attached. If your item(s) do not meet these requirements, your return may be declined.

Returns must be packaged in their original box and bag or an alternative type of suitable packaging, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. Cerci Equestrian are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the returns process. If your item(s) are damaged before reaching us, your return may be declined.

Cerci Equestrian reserves the right to decline a returns request that is not sent in accordance with the Returns Policy outlined above. If your return is declined, your item(s) may be sent back to you at the cost of our courier rates.


When using your own returns courier please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as Cerci Equestrian are not liable for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Check with your courier before sending that the shipping method chosen insures the value of your return, therefore, if it is lost or stolen in transit, you will receive the return item(s) value back from the courier.


To process a return, please follow these simple steps:

(1) Complete a returns form which is included in your original packaging. If you require a copy of your returns form please email
(2) Read our returns policy and check that your item(s) are eligible for a return
(3) Package your item(s) in their original packaging or a suitable and protective alternative
(4) Securely attach your returns label and drop off at your local FedEx location.

We will process your return within 7 business days of receiving your returned item(s). It can take a further 3-5 working days for a refund to show in your bank account depending on your provider. We will keep you updated on the process of your return via your email address provided.
